RESTYLANE is a crystal-clear, biodegradable NASHA (Non-Animal
Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid) gel, which is injected into
the dermis in tiny amounts with a very fine needle. The
result is instantaneous, producing a long-lasting and natural
enhancement which is gentle and safe to the skin.
The procedure takes just a few minutes and there is usually

NU-DERM skin care system
We
are pleased to announce the arrival of the OBAGI NU-DERM
skin care system. A leader in the science of skin rejuvenation,
and famous for the BLUE PEEL, Obagi is recognized for its
effective but simple to use products that restore the skin
to its most healthy state.
The
Nu-Derm system achieves skin health restoration through
the use of topical agents that work synergistically to help
regulate skin cell functions and improve circulation. Age
spots, acne scars, large pores and generalized sun damage
are all usually improved following the regular use of the
Obagi agents.
Furthermore,
the same regimen is used to prepare the skin for resurfacing,
either with a Blue Peel or our state-of-the-art CO2
laser. Proper preparation of the skin leads to a quicker
recovery and better results.
We
also carry the new Obagi CRX system, which is a somewhat
milder regimen and designed for the patient who does not
yet need the Nu-Derm system.

Tired
of shaving, plucking, and waxing?
We
are pleased to announce the arrival of our new Altus CoolGlide™
Hair Removal Laser System. This exciting new technology
can reduce or even eliminate the need for shaving while
being safe, quick and affordable.
Using a state-of-the-art laser that is targeted directly
at the hair follicle and a cooling tip to minimize discomfort,
the CoolGlide™ literally slides over the skin and
injures the active follicles so that hair growth is diminished
with each treatment. Legs, underarms, the "bikini
area," and the upper lip and chin can all be treated
in our office without anesthesia in most cases. Treatment
areas for men include the back, the neck and other areas
of unwanted hair growth.
Most areas will require several treatments that are spaced
about one  month
apart. Following the treatment there will be some redness
that will fade after several hours. Each treatment is
paid for separately because some patients find that after
even just one session the results are satisfactory. The
fee will vary depending on the location and the length
of time that is required to perform the treatment.
